Returns policy – 14 days to change your mind
We want you to love your furniture. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery on WhatsApp (07551 137162) or by email (info@ukfurnitureonline.co.uk) with your order details.
- Keep the item unused and in the same condition you received it, with packaging if possible.
- We arrange collection with you. The collection charge is paid by the customer and depends on your area – we tell you the cost before booking it.
- Once we receive the item back, we refund you within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your furniture when it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, tell the driver or contact us as soon as possible with photos and we will put it right. Your furniture also comes with a 1-year warranty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
