Delivery, payment and returns
Delivery is free to almost every part of the UK, and most orders arrive within 1–2 days. The driver calls about an hour before arriving, including for evening deliveries. There is no deposit. You can pay the driver in cash or by card, and there is no extra charge for paying on delivery. If you change your mind, you have 14 days after delivery to arrange a return. The collection charge depends on your area and is confirmed before it is booked. Faulty items are covered by a 1-year warranty. That does not affect your statutory rights.

We deliver to towns and cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow. If access is awkward — stairs, a flat without a lift, or a tight hallway — message us with a photo and the product name before you order.
